Expatriation process for the national staff

MSF national staff who are recruited in the field can apply to join the association’s international teams.

Joining an international MSF team

National staff can go through the recruitment process open to all applicants wanting to join a Médecins Sans Frontières international team.

They may be directed and advised by coordination and leadership teams in the field, whose responsibility it is to know the association’s employees and prepare, develop and support them in their expatriation process, such as by providing them with a referral form

Once recruited and sent on a mission, departure conditions, coverage and benefits are the same for all international Médecins Sans Frontières personnel.
