  • doctorate in medicine
  • current matriculation to medical council


  • 2 years of experience in international NGO, including 12 months of team management and medical projects (clinics and hospitals)


  • 6 months


  • intermediate English is required because a significant portion of our missions are English-speaking. The minimum level of English required is B1 on the CECREL grid


  • the ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in contexts that are often complex and isolated, requiring strict respect for the local culture and security rules in force

MSF is looking for medical activity managers for its missions in the field.


  • Implementation of medical activities in accordance with the MSF project plan, standards and protocols,

  • Supervision of the members of the medical team,

  • Planning, in close coordination with the project coordinator, the management of the medical staff of the project (recruitment, training, induction, performance evaluation, development and internal / external communication),

  • Management of MSF pharmacy and medical equipment in the field, in conjunction with the logistics department,

  • Participation in the development of the project's policy, annual plan, operational development proposals,

  • Communication and collaboration with external partners and Ministry of Health.
